 Not "ridicule", just an accurate use of language.
stunt (noun)
1 : an unusual or difficult feat requiring great skill or daring; especially 
: one performed or undertaken chiefly to gain attention or publicity
achieve*ment (noun)
1 : the act of achieving : ACCOMPLISHMENT
2 a : a result gained by effort
   b : a great or heroic deed
 Hiking the entire trail is an accomplishment. Hiking the entire trail with a 
tuba to get on Letterman is a stunt.
