David, David, David!
If current circumstances are any indicator, it appears that the next 45 years 
can only be glorious in comparison. However, I feel certain that life has, on 
occasion, dealt you some really good hands along the way--not necessarily for 
start, a couple of great kids.

In the meantime, may I wish you a Happy Birthday. And, my birthday wish for 
you is that you and your loved ones realize your dreams very soon.
