[at-l] PA RUCKus...

Ya know, there seems to be a whole bunch of silence about the PA RUCKus.  No
one raising their hands, or asking for the number so they can make
reservations, or seeking directions...

So, let me start this off.  I am raising my hand, but I do not need the
reservations number because I'll be sleeping in my van, and I already know
how to get there...
