[at-l] Who had the AMC Hut renewal info?

Hiyas
Last night someone on the list mentioned that the AMC had to address hiker 
issues as part of it's license renewal process, and that they could find the 
official words about it if someone wanted it.
I want it! :O)
I've looked high and low for that email, to respond to it properly, 
but I can't find it and Mrs TJ won't help me look!
Can someone more organized than I (that would be just about everyone)
find that email for me?
