I think we are operating on different definitions of "dry", here...

I still don't see how one cooks/eats in rain from a bivy you can't sit up
in without getting wet. I generally hear from biviers that they stay
mostly dry, or relatively dry, or dry on the whole. Kind of like
"Absolutely FREE!!*"
