I just added it yesterday, it was easy and seems to be pretty reliable. I was surprised that i could download this application (FREEWARE) & then communicate with AOL users w/o being an AOL user myself...</DIV>

<DIV>BTW: u add people to your buddies list by:</DIV>
<DIV> 1) click on People | Find a Buddy | By e-mail address</DIV>
<DIV> 2) then put in the person's e-mail address, e.g., for me u put in <A href="mailto:fannypack96@yahoo.com";>fannypack96@yahoo.com</A> because that is the id I used when registering to use AIM and click on NEXT, u may have to click twice. Note: I am not an AOL user.</DIV>
<DIV> 3) then u should see the person's screenname, some users have more than 1 screenname, click on NEXT after screenname is hightlighted (it already hightlighted if they only have 1 screenname)</DIV>
<DIV> 4) a dialog box named ADD A BUDDY will appear & u then chose what group to add this user, of course, u can add a NEW GROUP, click this button, maybe add a group like HIKERS or ATL or FRIENDS-OF-FELIX (not sure if u can use this many characters).</DIV>
<DIV> 5) then u will be notified each time a person on your Buddy List comes ONLINE or goes OFFLINE.<BR> 6) Lots of other features of AIM that we may find useful.<BR>Hope to talk w/ yall soon....<BR></DIV>
