I worked on a summer camp staff once where the permies (the college-aged
counselors who stayed there all summer) would stand in a circle and caw when
things got squirrelly.  When they couldn't stand the kids anymore, they'd
caw.  Great way to get out  your aggressions and frustrations.  <G>  Leslie
