No Subject

can anyone please tell me how to remove myself from the list. i no longer 
have email access at home, which means i only check it once a week at 
school. i really like the list and liked participating in the hatt hike, 
however 400 emails a week are hard to keep up with. i still plan to 
participate in future events through a fellow lister i know. thanks for the 
response i hope will come.
