[at-l] shelters

i stayed in less than a dozen shelters on the entire AT i personally dont care for them. i think there are too many and some people rely on them far to much. i dont mind tenting near them and hanging out at them but i slept much better in my tent no snoring nobody smoking nobody coming in late nobody brining there dogs in(nothing about dogs but some are good trail dogs and others are not) i think they should be more of a novelty than expected.
