Have a great time. I just did that hike a couple weeks ago and it was a
great three day walk in the woods.
One problem I had was with the camping restrictions. Since I was on a
schedule where I had to finish in three days, I was pressed to keep moving
when I would have liked to stop, check out the view, rest, whatever. The
first day was more difficult than I had anticipated because of the rocky
terrain and the trail covered with leaves so I couldn't make it to the
planned authorized camping area (I forget what it was called - Pogo
perhaps?) and was forced to stealth camp - setting up in the dark because of
the early sunset.
Now, being off sked, I did the same thing the 2nd day, camping near the top
of Lamb Mountain several yards off the trail and about 3 miles from the
shelter where I had hoped to stop.
Both worked out OK but I wasn't comfortable, being the goody two shoes law
abiding sort of person that I am.
