This list absolutely amazes me.

At least we haven't found a way to include umbrellas and guns in this 
thread. I was hoping someone would come up with the Ray's Way version of 
backcountry pizzeria, with a Campmore titanium oven that doubles as a 
shelter support, back pack frame, and cell phone antenna.

But NO, we have to go and trivialize the love of the hot round spicy 
essential as an addiction! Pizza is one of the major food groups, up there 
with BBQ and fried chicken. Cold pizza crust! At least give the man some 
wine and call it Communion! ;-)

Maybe we need to start a thread or web resource on the closest pizza 
sources at each road crossing, similar to the alcohol thread of years past. 
I hear Hiawasee has a new AYCE pizza only 5 miles off trail.
