[at-l] A Bag For Fur

NO I AM NOT REFERRING TO ME!!! 
N-E-way.........my wonderfully, gear freakish, hubby, FurTrapper, is in
search of a new sleeping bag....you see he used the old one more than 6
times (and froze our assets off in Pipestem).......gotta get a new one!
However, its his wonderfully kind wife (that would be me) that will have
to pay for it....getting a visual yet? So.......we are asking the
assistance of gearheads out there for help in his quest for a better bag
for his AT hike next spring. BTW $400.00 is NOT acceptable!

Here are the specs required........ 
1) A "ROOMY" mummy or semi-rectangular w/hood ( NOT DaHikingHood
variety....sorry Red)......because he rolls alot!
2) Down Filled
3) 0-20 degree rating
4) Water resistant shell
5) Lightweight (dahhhhhh)

So......any ideas? Please respond.
