Met Tom Horn at the Tagg Run Shelter (PA) on the second night of HATT
2000.  Seemed like he had every mile of the trail committed to memory as
he talked with two other southbounders describing upcoming sections of
the trail. He also seemed to have a story to go with every mile. He was
southbound and headed to Rusty's where he had left a car.
