Actually, enter "summit" under "Feature Type", not "Feature Name".  I did
and it finally returned 1848 summits in state of VA, but listed
alphabetically, and w/o listing altitude of each summit directly.  You can
click on a summit and it will open new page with altitude included.

I didn't spend time trying to explore all options, but did save this site
for future reference...
