[at-l] To Filter or Not to Filter

Hatting this week-end I carried, but did not use, my filter at these locations and approximate times:

Winding Stair Gap  1 Sep 00 @ 2:30 pm

Siler Bald Shelter's Spring  1 Sep 00 @ 6:30 pm

(here I started filtering but gave up on it ... too much water not making it through the filter; I had an extra filter, but couldn't be bothered with switching!)

                        and again  on 2 Sep 00 @ 9:00 am

Stream just south of Burningtown Gap  2 Sep 00 @ 10:30 am

Wesser Bald Shelter  3 Sep 00 @ 6:00 pm

No sign of illness yet ...
