Actually, I'm not sure this is correct, unless they were in a state or
national park. Especially for something as abundant as logs, carried out
by hand. I'd be a little more piqued if they had been digging up Lady's
Slippers, but even that might not be illegal on private land. Guess I
don't really know: what regulations are for lands in the AT corridor. Must
be a federal website somewhere that talks about this in legalese. I'll
check google and see what I find...
