To where? Move it to where?

You move it and another property owner is bothered. Move it to a road? The road
was created originally by ED, so what's the difference?

If you are going to have a trail, you have to put it on land. At some point,
someone owns the land. If they won't sell, and you won't allow ED, you can't have
trails.

I can't accept that. Everyone's right to a trail outweighs anyone's right to their
own mountaintop.
