[at-l] VT border patrol

The VT border patrol allowed the following hikers into the state, Rambunny, 
Skid aka HH, Uturn, Dreamcatcher, Waterfall, Bear Bag and Sweet Pea.   They 
were all found to be free of pinworms and released back into the hills.
