[at-l] Itinerary

FurTrappers asked me to type out his proposed plan for Springer to
Fontana Dam. Keep in mind when looking at miles, that he sometimes
experiences lots of pain...some good days, but not as a rule. And he
said his greatest handicap he'll be leaving at home.....me! (geesh)
