[at-l] Wauchecha Bald

I was reading the trail guide, last night, for the section between
fontana and wesser.  There is a 1 mile blue blaze trail between
hogback gap & cody gap that goes to Wauchecha Bald; approximately 10.5
miles south of fontana.  Has anyone been there?  Is it worth the extra
miles? is it well marked?   can you camp there  & is there water, or,
would you have to haul water the half mile from cody gap?
