Would anyone on the list with experience in this please email me off-list:
If you got orthotics because of plantar fasciitis-- When
you first got them, was there immediate-enough relief from
the P.F. that you could go out and hike? (backpack?) as
soon as you got them, or within 4 to 6 weeks? If not, then
how long did it take (and how long had you had the P.F.
before getting the orthotics)? Thanks.
