Re: [at-l] dung for fuel
Another of my favorite movies was XX Gets Rich and Goes to America (can't
remember the name, no one else liked it) with Gene Wilder as an Irishman
who works shoveling horse manure into his cart, and walking through
neighborhoods yelling "Dung, Dung for Sale!" (It may have even been the Sh
word) Women would swoon as he crumbled the choicest chunks into their
flower beds and window gardens. He saw the writing on the wall when the
local dairy got milk trucks and got rid of their stables. He took his
savings and an inheritance to come to the USofA. What a rheumatic ending.
I have not idea what this has to do (heh, heh, I said 'do'!) with the AT,
but it is a bit more fragrant than some of the threads of late.
