[at-l] dung for fuel

it works ...
nice blue flame
no smells or fumes
probably 60 or 70% of the world's population use it successfully for cooking one meal daily
send young kids out early in the day to collect fresh fallen dung
bring it back home and work it into a round, flat shape, like a tortilla, only thicker
pat it on the mud wall to dry in the sun (hense the oneliner book-title joke: "Spot on the Wall" by Hoo Flung Dung)
send kids to wash themselves thoroughly in the local water source, usually artesian, but often the local spring or stream or river or lake or canal ... advise them to use mud or ashes, since soap is too expensive
by evening of the next or following day you have enough fuel for the day's meal
lights easy with a match

Problems:
Cultural taboos in the west make marketing this product in North America and Europe extremely difficult ...
Solution:
Hire good PR firm for saturation media advertising; buy two spots on Super Bowl Sunday; insist on getting editorial and writing assistance from Wingfoot and Bryson, but keep them in separate rooms when consulting; don't bother buying space in Backpacker or Outdoors or similar magazines and TV shows ... too small a segment for serious consideration and, as a group, they tend to avoid washing near water sources ...
