You got that right Wildbill -- someone kindly left the GEAR ISSUE of
Backpacker Magazine at some shelters that I frequented and they were just
used as fire starter.  Some people who backpack do not adhere to the LNT and
LOTA credos.

LNT=leave no trace
LOTA=leave other's things alone
