Re: [at-l] Pack covers

I loved my pack cover.

It fit well, was easy to get into and out of, kept my pack dry and so
lighter in the rain, and kept the rain out of my gear.

I kept my gear in waterproof stuff sacks, but that's not the point.

I've carried a wet pack, and it's no fun. The extra weight for a siliconized
nylon cover that fits tightly yet is easy to get into and out of is worth it
for me.

I've tried trash bags and they don't work well enough, nor fasten well
enough for me. I'm not happy with my gear dry inside a pack that gains 5
pounds when it rains.
