I've written a thank you to Stewart -- I'm planning to take my grandson here
(he's 8 1/2 this summer) over July 4 week for 3 or 4 nights. This trip
report is great to mail him to get him even more excited about PackPacking
with Nana.

Thanks, Coosa

Oh no, say it isn't true!! You mean if I read it on the Internet or in the
Newspaper or in a Magazine or a Book, it might be W-R-O-N-G? You mean
these people, these companies, would L-I-E to their consumers?

Pulllllleeeeeeeeezzzzzzee, tell me you're pulling my leg! <snicker snicker
and I don't mean the candy bar>

This is so funny a discussion, you know --it's been VERY educational for me,
and all I did was skim -- but just like cell phones and dogs and
pocketmailers and hikingpoles and every other thing in and including the
universe, we A-L-L have our own opinions based on our own lives and
activities and education and maybe even genetic makeup? (No one in M-Y
family . . . .)

M-E? If it works for me, I use it, if it doesn't, I leave it alone. Or
put more succinctly, Hike Yer Own Hike and Let the Other Hiker Do the Same.

And don't tell me that I can't trust what I read in print -- that paper
inside the box my psychotropics comes in warns me of side effects, can I
trust that?
