Re(2): [at-l] More Water



I'm sorry.  I remain unconvinced.  Unless you find that appropriate
hydration (not hyper hydration) doesn't work for you, water is all that
most (hiking and other ) people need.  Along with an appropriate diet.  
If you are cramping and feeling lousy with lots of hydration, then go
ahead and use sports drinks.

I do however think the tone of this discussion is becoming a little much
so I've said all I have to say.  Party on, Dudes.
