The Rainbow Springs facility is up for sale at $750,000.  They (the
Crossmans) have turned down an offer at half that amount.  They feel that
the fixed assests at the facility are in the range of $320,000, and they are
looking for fair compensation for the steady business that they enjoy...
The facility could be the premier spot along the entire trail if handled
properly, and the non-hiker business is steady.  It is in an awesome
location, far from any development, just outside the Standing Indian
Wilderness, and situated on the trout-positive Nantahala River...

It works out to be about $1000 per lister.  Come on, we can do it.  Hmmmm,
the AT-L Hiker Hostel and Campground...
