Well, the best all 'round BBQ is found at Arthur Bryant's in KC, don't
think anyone disputes that. He passed away in '82 - I'd been there a
couple time before then - but the establishment lives on. Was just there
in December. Pork, beef, and chicken, but the true believers stay with the
pork side of the menu.

For me, nothing beats baby-back ribs (pork) on the grill. But those
commercial BBQ sauces, even as a starting point, are mostly terrible; all
corn syrup and sweetness. Yuck. I'm experimenting with a tangy-hot sauce,
something with vinegar and habenero. When I get it perfected, I'll letcha
know.
