Re: [at-l] Dehydration Questions for 'The Doc-In-The-House'



I'm pretty sure, from both reading and hiking, that 8 oz. of coffee/cola/tea 
- and beer - needs to be balanced with about 8 oz. of water.

But I, too, will look with interest at the Doc's response about electrolyte 
replacements.
