Jomar Labs is where I've ordered mine in the past on the strong
recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon.  He told me to take it for the rest
of my life to stave off my osteoarthritis in my hips and knees, and
specifically recommended Jomar.  

Jomar allows online ordering, although I've always called.  The ship from
California via USPS priority mail and I usually get it in 2-3 days.  They
sell in bulk (2000+ tablets at a time - they also do private labeling in
larger quantities) but you can also order Glucosamine in as few as 300 count
(500 milligram capsules) for $30.00.  Tablets of Chondroitin Sulfate can be
ordered in as few as 335 count (450 milligram capsules) for $42.00. 
Costco's (Sam's competitor) glucosamine prices have been falling and may now
be comparable or better than Jomar.
