Following poor sore Kristen's kall for Are-xes regarding her post-hike knee distress (and by the way, KK, the advice was right on: heel-to-butt, push upper leg way the hell back, hold for a *while*, and you'll squeeze the crap out of the knee, AND relax those overcharged, underbalanced quad components till they get back to the new routine. And Vitamin I to speed you along.); GMC wondered about a similar question posted by the disappearing Kahley last year sometime. GMC recalled the post had her rotflhao, and wondered where/when it was.....
While researching another postie (please stand by), I came upon the answer:
www.backcountry.net/arch/at/9905/msg00142.html is my reply to Kahely's inquery, rather innocent "straightman" routine on my part.
Well, at www.backcountry.net/arch/at/9905/msg000145.html Kahley describes her efforts to respond. They had me in stitches this year, too.
