[at-l] New (to me) dehydrator to play with

I just got a dehydrator at a yard sale this weekend. 
    
I have been on the list long enough to know that the group has some killer
recipes, and the recipes in the manufacturers book are lame.

 So if I could trouble you all to send me some of your favorite recipes (or
links)for Jerky, and fruits, I would appreciate it.

These especially:
Beef
Pineapple
Apple
