Uh, Coosa, you answered your own question. TNF has made heavy and bullet
proof equipment, although the past few years suggests that durability has
deteriorated. They no longer have the hiker-chic fashion market. Employees
have left to make good gear at Mountain Hardware and other places.
In summary, a company loses it's focus and business model, and goes
downhill. Nothing is particularly unique to this, even if you are only
selling TP.
