Just heard from Nina. She is holing up at a friend's house in Alabamba after going through  tornadoes and a "wilderness survival experience". :O 

Here I am telling her mother that she will be fine. Think I lost any goodwill I have with the Baxley parental units. :D 

Expects to be back on the Pinhoti trail this afternoon or tommorow. 

I imagine my trip to Louisianna later this month will be a tad less exciting. Hopefully no tornadoes will hit. :D 

All things considered, wish I was braving the winds, rather than typing on a computer!
