Meditating while hiking sounds like a great idea, but am I the only one
that's wandered off on a mental tangent during a long days hike? ? ? I'll
be striding along in the sunshine, and suddenly find myself stuck
(mentally) at the end of a long, dark, cob-webbed, dead end tunnel of
thought, with no idea of how I got there, or even better yet to turn around
and try to backtrack and find the other end is a dead end too. . . I guess
I'm just not very good at meditation. . . got to stick to the here and now
on the trail. <g>
Ever see that bumper sticker that says "Don't follow me, I'm lost too"?
