[at-l] Disappearing Shelters

I hate it when they aren't replaced by the time I get there ...  I like
arriving at a new shelter ... love the smell of freshly sawed wood .... and
no mice .....  last time I looked, tho, cold spring shelter still blocked
the trail and didn't have a blaze on the back of it.
