I travel around the country helping hospitals install computerized charting 
for nurses, physicians and other staff.  In a former life, I managed an 
inner-city emergency department. I left the ER because of concerns for my 
personal safety but I have been told that once you are an ER nurse, you are 
always an ER nurse - I am not sure if that's good or bad :)
