[at-l] Florida Hiking

As the season for AT thruhiking gets underway, we here in Florida will be 
saying good-bye soon to our main hiking season.

The First Quarter issue of the magazine for Florida State Parks "Real 
Florida" has an excerpt that might give a clue why we don't do much summer 
hiking here:  

"Florida has 67 species of mosquitoes so bring the insect repellent and keep 
moving."
