Get a free email account at any of the web-based email providers. There are
tons out there if you do a search.
Recently, someone even posted a list of sites but to start with, check out
places like hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. Then, from any computer with
internet access(usually at libraries along the trail), you can send email.
Most mail sites have the ability to set up your own personal mailing lists
so you can set one up ahead of time and not have to type in everybody's name
each time you send a message.
A moderately happy hotmail user...
