There is only one way to treat this near-fatal illness. I heartily recommend
an extended course of fresh air, PUDS, rain, sunshine, aches, pains, tears,
laughs, joys and summits. There is no cure, you can only relieve the symptoms
for five or six months at a time.

It is very important that you do not pass these symptoms on to anyone you may
be staying with between now and the start of your treatment. Some of these
people may have a few more years before they can take the full treatment and
if the fever takes hold now, they will have a miserable summer - envying your
treatment.
