OK, here's the next one...
Clothing is taking up the bulk of their packs -- a change for every season,
it seems. Winter gear includes puffball jacket, zip-off pants and
expedition-weight long johns; everyday gear includes lightweight long johns,
shorts, t-shirts, capeline top, lightweight jacket, full rain gear. What is
the MINIMAL safe clothing list you'd recommend taking TO START, given that
they'll be sleeping in their tent, NOT jumping directly into the sleeping
bags when hitting camp, and making stops for food prep while hiking?
Cheers, Navigator
