I haven't done longer than a week at a time, but I've worn my contacts with
no trouble for that time. I take care to use Purell to clean my hands before
I touch them. I use Express cleaner/rinse to save on stuff I have to carry.
And when I've been out on very cold nights, I put my lens case in my sleeping
bag hood.
