[at-l] stair climber the old kind



i have foudn on campus a 11 story building..(it was not hard to find it kind
of stuck out).. i have been showing up to school a half hour early and
walkgin up and down the stairs...i hope to add another set (on time up and
down) every week while i am in school... i find it works a lot better than
those machines or at least i feel it in my muscles a lot more after i do the
real thing... anyway after i do that i go to class... i figure the flushed
out of breath look (maybe even a slight smell of BO) might give me a few
more inches around my desk :)....

if one step a time starts to hurt skip one step and that changes what
muscles you use .. you can vary speed to make up a harder/easier workout and
step only with your toes to work out your calves and let your heel fall down
all the way after to strech while climbing up...  on the down it shoudl help
your knees build up the muscles around the knee cap i guess i dont know...

now if i coudl only find an esculator....

but when i can do 2000 stories a day i will be ready to climb 2000 flights
of steps
(as there are very rarely camp site in stair cases so stopping half way for
the night is not normally possible.)
