[at-l] re: insurance

In the OR I used to work in, there was this cartoon hanging up in the
lounge..

See a patient on a operating table, see five people in scrubs. The first
three, right next to and ove the patient are labeled "LAWYERS", 
"INSURANCE COMPANIES" , "ADMINISTRATION".... in the far back -well away
from the patient, you see "DOCTORS"  and "NURSES".
