[at-l] Dehydrating

Hi all,

I have a new toy--a food dehydrator. I've been
dehydrating everything remotely edible in my house
(the kitty cats have been spared, thank you very
much). Seriously, I want to get some
books/instructions on making good jerky and other
trail food. Any suggestions for sources I can go to?
