[at-l] Another critter and a question

And yesterday, (speaking of critters) a lifetime first for me.  My wife and
I were driving westbound Monday through Great Smokies Natl Park and had just
passed through the short tunnel beneath the mountain.  Suddenly, a creature
burst out of the brush beside the Interstate and charged across six lanes of
(fortunately light) traffic and disappeared again into the brush on the
other side of the highway.

Both my wife and I had a clear, unimpeded view and we both exclaimed as it
passed in front of us by no less than twenty feet - "Look, a bobcat."

It truly was, and a rather large one at that.  I had heard of their numbers
increasing but never thought I would actually see one outside a zoo, or a
taxidermist shop.  That was thrilling.

The trip west was in reaction to the sudden death of a dear friend of both
of us.  Funeral was this morning in Louisville but tonight I am in a
Cincinnati suburb and will be here through Thursday.  Anybody local able to
provide me with info on an outfitter nearby??  We are in Loveland, not far
from I-275.
