[at-l] Advice on section hike

Tom,  I've hiked both sections at different times and would vote for the
Sam's Gap to Hot Springs hike myself.  Actually I would prefer the Hot
Springs to Sam's Gap direction.  It has some beautiful views and you get to
go by the Shelton graves in the process.
