One thing I found helpful and it will prolong the shelf life
of hamburger is to cook it and then rinse it. Let it drain and then add your
spices. Such as onion, garlic, rosemary. I then keep it in the freezer till
I'm ready to use it. I sometimes add some dehydrated refried beans and some
powder beef bouillon and worchestershire sauce to make burrito's.
