You are referring to Mohican, about 10 miles into NJ from DWG. This place 
might actually have some potential as far as facilities. The downside would 
be the potential for just as much or more cost involved, and accessability 
(or lack of it) in snow (it's more isolated and snowy than Pine Grove).
